Service Terms

Parties and acceptance

These terms are an agreement between [COMPANY] Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) trading as Quick Host ("Quick Host", "we") and the business that registers to use the Quick Host service (the "Customer", "you"). You accept these terms by ticking the acceptance box during setup (we record who accepted, when, and which version) or by using the service. The manager who accepts warrants they're authorised to bind the Customer.

The service

Quick Host provides an AI phone host for your venue: it answers calls to your Quick Host number, takes booking requests against the availability and rules you configure, answers questions from the venue information you provide, writes call transcripts, and sends guests booking-outcome SMS messages. You keep the final say — booking requests can require your approval, and you can watch live calls and take a call over to a human phone at any time.

The service is provided on an early-access basis: features may change, and included call minutes and other limits are as described in your plan.

Your obligations

• Keep your venue information accurate — opening hours, booking rules, and answers the AI gives callers come from what you configure.
• Do not remove, obscure, or attempt to work around the AI and call-recording notice played at the start of every call. It is there to satisfy Australian surveillance and consent laws and is a condition of using the service.
• Tell your staff that calls handled by Quick Host are transcribed, and obtain any consents you need from your own team.
• Use the service lawfully, including under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and consumer protection law as they apply to your business.
• Keep your account credentials secure and manage your team's access (roles exist for a reason — use them).

Not an emergency service

Quick Host is not a substitute for emergency services and must not be held out as an emergency contact. The AI is instructed to tell callers who indicate a genuine emergency to hang up and dial triple zero (000). You must not represent the AI line as a way to reach emergency help.

Acceptable use

• No use of the service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• No attempting to extract other venues' data, probe or overload the platform, or misuse call transfer to place calls unrelated to your venue's operation.
• We may suspend service to protect the platform or other customers, and will tell you why.

Data and privacy

Caller and booking data for your venue is yours; we process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party must comply with its own obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We store platform data in Australia (Sydney); call carriage and real-time AI processing involve United States providers as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Fees and GSTFor lawyer review

Early-access pricing is as published or agreed with you in writing, in Australian dollars. [Prices are stated exclusive of GST; GST will be added where applicable once GST registration is complete.] Call minutes beyond your plan's included allowance are billed per minute. We'll give reasonable notice before pricing changes take effect.

Term and termination

During early access you may cancel at any time: turn off call forwarding and notify us, and billing stops at the end of the current period. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination, your data is retained then deleted per the retention periods in the Privacy Policy; you may request an export first.

Liability and indemnityFor lawyer review

General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; the portal will ask you to accept material new versions before they apply to you. This is version v1.0-draft, last updated 16 July 2026.
